People were blown away recently when it was revealed that actress Gal Gadot was actually, and quite befittingly, pregnant when she filmed her first live-action box office hit, Wonder Woman.
She’s not the only one who sent the world into a frenzy. Earlier this year, Serena Williams also won the Australian Open final while pregnant. Although it’s definitely no walk in the park, these women managed to balance their professional and personal lives successfully and treat their pregnancy as a normal and natural part of daily life. Here are some stories of a few of these amazing women who did just that and looked amazing while doing it.
Back in 2010 Canadian curler Kristie Moore took home a silver medal at the Vancouver Olympics while she was 5 months pregnant.

Alysia Montano had fans on their feet by the time she completed her 800-meter race at the U.S. Championships in 2014 while she was 8 months pregnant! Wow!
As a Fit For Birth Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, I believe training for birth is necessary for a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery, and recovery. It's comparable to training for a marathon. . Most people wouldn't show up to a marathon without having trained at least 6 months in advance, and a marathon only lasts about 5 hours. A first time birth can last anywhere from 12-24 hours (and in some cases, longer), yet most women train very little for this "event." The performances at both of the marathons depends upon the effectiveness of the participants' training protocol. So, if you want to kick butt it in the delivery room, it is vital to prepare your body for what's to come.💪🏻 . Interested in learning how to properly train for birth? Kareena Kapoor Khan
Last year Kareena Kapoor began working on her next film, Veere De Wedding when she was 4 months pregnant. She shot some of the character’s pregnant scenes in November when her own baby bump was quite visible and became the first Bollywood celebrity to do a ramp walk as a showstopper at the Lakme Fashion Week plus other shoots as well. Kareena was working up until the very last week of her pregnancy.
Jaya Bachchan was carrying her first child when she was working on the movie, Sholay. There are even scenes where her baby bump is prominently visible. Did you ever notice that before? Well, neither did we!
