2018-06-07-pineapple red bull chicken legs
2 Chicken legs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs Flour
1/2 cup of Red bull drink
1 cup of Chicken broth
- Remove the top portion of the pineapple. Use pineapple de-corer peeler to peel off the pineapple. Slice the pineapple into quarters.
- Debone the chicken legs. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and olive oil on both sides.
- Add olive oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken legs till golden brown on both sides.
- Add minced garlic, minced onion, chopped pineapple. Mix well and then add soy sauce, flour, Red bull drink, chicken broth. Simmer until the chicken legs are cooked all the way through.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy.
